Job description / Role
ADA is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper – Receipts to support day-to-day operations in the Receiving Area. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of incoming items, verifying deliveries, in accordance to the civil aviation regulations and MOE, coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The Storekeeper will also support internal and external audits and ensure all activities adhere to company and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• B.sc degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in aviation industry technical stores.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or store inspection, preferably within the aviation sector, an airline, third-party maintenance base, or a large engineering organization.
• Prior experience in using inventory management systems (e.g., RUSADA, AMOS,) is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
