This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring all incoming initiatives and strategic projects align with the organisation's overarching vision and priorities. The Consultant plays a critical role in shaping executive decision-making through insight-driven analysis, structured coordination, and high-level advisory support.

Description

* Conduct strategic assessments of initiatives and proposals submitted to leadership, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and national vision.
* Provide high-level advisory support to senior executives on priority initiatives, policy decisions, and transformation agendas.
* Lead the development of briefing materials, strategic recommendations, and insight reports for executive leadership.
* Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure leadership receives well-rounded, actionable information for decision-making.
* Track the progress of special initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expected impact are monitored and reported.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to translate leadership directives into practical execution plans.

Requirements:

* An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university. A master's degree is highly preferred.
* 8 - 10 years experience in strategy consulting/strategic advisory/special projects from a global consulting firm or a mix of consulting and industry experience.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills; confident in executive-facing settings.
* Ability to synthesise and translate leadership vision into actionable plans.
* Highly adaptable; comfortable working across functions and teams.
* Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
* Presentable, articulate, and capable of handling fast-paced, high-impact environments.
