Job description / Role
• Create new strategic customers for Daikin
• Enhance cooperation with existing accounts
• Develop strong relations with high end users / developers
• Assist sales team securing projects at higher GP
• Manage Middle East and Africa sales functions related to a specific Account (Sales/Consulting Sales/Service)
• Penetrate untapped clients (Consultants, Contractors and Clients)
• Dubai Governmental & Semi Governmental Accounts Generation & Management
• Improve Relations and business with Existing Accounts
• Guide Sales Teams to Increase of Profitable Revenues of Airside Equipment within UAE
• Guide Sales Teams to Increase of Profitable Revenues of Applied Equipment within UAE
• Guide Sales Teams to Increase of Profitable Revenues of VRV Equipment within UAE
• Coaching Team(s) members on Field activities and Technical Advancement
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
• More than 10 Years within the UAE Market
• Previous Employments with Major Competition / HVAC Manufacturers
• Strong technical and commercial aptitude
• Ability to work in a team across departments / locations
• Experience of working in international and multicultural environment
• Advanced Technical Knowledge in Applied (specifically Airside)
• Advanced Technical Knowledge in VRV
• Advanced Technical Knowledge in Systems Design and Installation (contracting)
Education:
• Mechanical Engineer Graduate with HVAC Specialization

• Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation and influencing) skills, both spoken, written English
