Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for leading the marketing revenues and media development strategies in order to achieve the company profitability objectives while maintaining consistent brand positioning and image.

Key Accountabilities

-Develop and implement marketing programs for partners and concessionaires, in order to attain set objectives in terms of revenues and profitability while preserving a consistent corporate image in all partnerships, campaigns and events.

-Achieve and improve net income targets by staying abreast of potential marketing partners and concessionaires in the local markets, as well as propose and negotiate agreements accordingly.

-Build and maintain a strong relationship network with agencies, brands and partners and periodically meet with key contacts to identify opportunities and ways to increase revenues by negotiating and finalizing barter deals.

-Manage media promotions and accounts, brand initiatives and supplier marketing campaigns across the group ensuring their alignment and consistency in order to maximize revenue.

-Develop and manage add-on services that generate new sources of revenue while improving customer service and experience in stores and online.

-Support campaigns and partner media bookings by managing the development, production and distribution of collateral materials.

-Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team, whenever applicable, to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that employees are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

-Provide and create brand’s sales pitch to new and existing customers in order to maximize media and advertising revenue while constantly creating new advertising spaces in the stores and online channels.

-Prepare and manage department budget and business plan.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Master’s Degree is a plus

-7 to 8 years of experience in Marketing; experience in media relations and exposure to regional media sources are major pluses ;

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
