Job description / Role
This leading part government IT technology business in the UAE, specialising in the financial services sector is currently looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager to manage purchasing and tendering activity within the company, strategic sourcing and ensuring that the value for money is maximized and cost savings are generated. The candidate should demonstrate annual cost saving via commercial, negotiation and strategic initiatives in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Oversee the execution of LPO's, SLA's, and contract agreements with end users and legal advisor to facilitate the development of business requirements for complex high value contracts
- Manage relationships with suppliers and work on complex purchases for the company
- Sending RFQ to vendors
- Suppler registration and supplier evaluation based on the service provided
- Preparation of Purchase approval form
- Ensuring that all purchasing processes and policies are strictly followed
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Supervision of renewal trade licenses, office insurance etc
Requirements:
- Masters in Finance/ Certification in Procurement and Supply and Chain Management
- ERP knowledge
- 5 years minimum post qualification experience in Procurement

Salary AED 40,000 – 45,000
