Job description / Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
• Deal Origination and Execution: Identify, evaluate, and execute business opportunities in the cryptocurrency market.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategy, identifying trends and opportunities in the crypto space.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize deal flow and maximize value for the organization.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
• Due Diligence: Perform detailed due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.
• Data Room Preparation: Prepare and manage data rooms for potential investors, ensuring all necessary documents and information are accurate and up to date.
• Investor Reports: Prepare comprehensive investor reports to keep stakeholders informed of deal progress and organization performance.
• Coordination: Ensure smooth deal execution by coordinating with lawyers, internal and external stakeholders, and relevant parties.
• Company Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, including investors and board members.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support deal proposals and management decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of deals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market and continuously improve strategies and processes.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting or strategy roles, preferably within a high-growth startup environment. Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is highly desirable.

Skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in preparing data rooms and investor reports.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with lawyers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
