Strategy Consultant - Government Entity

Job description / Role

As a Strategy Consultant, you will combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to develop innovative, evidence-based solutions for Abu Dhabi's most pressing challenges. You will support both rapid innovation sprints and long-term transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and global thought leaders.

Description

* Conduct foresight research and in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting Abu Dhabi.
* Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate policies and implementation strategies, ensuring actionable insights.
* Generate innovative, human-centric solutions to government priorities, designing, testing, and scaling transformative initiatives.
* Collaborate with government entities to enhance proposals and maximize impact.
* Build and maintain an active network of global innovators, thought leaders, and domain experts to bring cutting-edge thinking to Abu Dhabi.
* Craft strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps for high-priority initiatives.
* Prepare compelling presentations and reports that communicate insights effectively to senior government officials.

* An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of engineering or a related discipline. Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
* 4 - 8 years experience in strategy consulting, social science research, data analytics, or process design.
* Strong analytical skills, with expertise in research methodologies, data interpretation, and strategic problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience presenting insights to senior decision-makers.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, balancing multiple priorities with precision and creativity.
