Position Title: Strategy & Future Executive / Director
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 55K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client
One of the leading federal entity in the UAE

Job Description:
- Lead efforts to develop the entity corporate strategy in coordination with entity’s leadership team; this includes the identification of strategic objectives and initiatives linked to key performance metrics.
- Ensure that the entity corporate strategy is effectively cascaded down to the Education Sector and Departmental levels across the organization to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Lead efforts to development entity’s annual operating plans, circulate among all concerned stakeholders and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure alignment with the annual budget.
- Oversee the execution of operational plans within the department and ensure effective and efficient support is provided to all institutions, in close coordination with Sectors.
- Take lead on necessary actions / decisions within the department to ensure the overall achievement of entity’s strategy, sector, and department objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Emirati Nationals
- 50 years old and below
- Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning preferably in the education sector and/or school operations
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
