As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will leverage market insights to drive expansion and innovation across the portfolio.

Description:
* Develop and implement growth strategies for portfolio businesses, focusing on market penetration and product innovation.
* Oversee the optimisation of the asset portfolio in alignment with corporate strategy.
* Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth areas.
* Create and refine corporate and business-level strategies addressing specific challenges.
* Establish KPIs and milestone plans to track performance and progress.

* Must have 5-8 years of experience from a recognised Strategy Consulting firm or a mix of industry and strategy experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or relevant field. Master's degree is preferred.
* Industrial Sector experience in mining and manufacturing.
* Must have experience in growth strategy, corporate strategy development, strategic project management delivery.
* Should have work experience in the UAE/Middle East.
