* Lead a team of strategy professionals and external advisors, overseeing the development of data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
* Create robust frameworks for strategic analyses, including market trend assessments and opportunity evaluation.
* Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to identify and implement optimal solutions to strategic challenges.
* Communicate strategic insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and stakeholders.

* Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related field with a focus on strategic management.
* 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or commercial finance with 3+ years of leadership experience.
* Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute strategic plans, analyse market trends, and make informed decisions.
* Deep understanding of financial analysis, modelling, and deal structuring.
* Ability to guide the organisation through strategic transitions and ensure a smooth transition process.
