Structural Design Engineer

Job Description:
• Design and analyze steel structures for buildings and industrial projects, including detailed calculations, connection designs, and approval processes with contractors, clients, and consultants.
• Review shop drawings in Tekla and AutoCAD, manage the modelling and detailing team, and create technical drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Perform structural calculations, simulations, and site inspections to ensure strength, stability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors, provide guidance to junior engineers, and communicate design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading UAE-based structural steel company.

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or any related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of design experience and knowledge in fabrication, erection activities and large-scale construction projects
• Proficiency in structural design software such as STADD PRO, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP, familiarity with American and British Steel Design Codes is a must
• Preferably with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
