Job description / Role
Client is a small private Engineering company based in Dubai looking for a talented and experienced Structural Engineers for immediate start.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate expertise in the design of structural systems for High-End residential units and have G+4 MC licence.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Provide structural design and assistance to other team members regarding structural components selection, design, drawings, and specifications for a wide range of residential projects throughout the UAE.
• Provide a wide range of professional structural engineering services and technical consultation for the delivery of safe, secure, and fully functional facilities
• Apply the latest design methodologies and theories to novel problem solving situations not readily resolved through accepted conventional methods
• Contribute and affect the content, interpretation, or development of design policies concerning varied design and construction projects
• Apply accepted conventional design methods and solutions
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 5 Years in the UAE
• Possess a working knowledge building codes and standards such as the UAE Building Codes, ASCE, ATSE and the International Building Code.
• Experience utilizing Revit and AutoCAD programs
• Experience with structural engineering modelling and design software such as Etabs, Safe, Sap, Enercalc and any other structural engineering platform.
• Must have completed 5 projects in the UAE from start-finish
