Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet our client's needs. Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural systems for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
- Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic value in design.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Review and approve shop drawings and structural submittals from contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the design and construction phases.
- Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate potential project challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and technologies to ensure best practices in structural engineering.
- Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Fresher Engineer .
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for innovation in structural engineering.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
