Structural Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing structural systems for a variety of construction and real estate projects, ensuring safety, stability, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze structural designs using advanced software and engineering principles.
- Prepare detailed calculations and technical drawings to support project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering challenges during construction phases.
- Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and technological advancements relevant to structural engineering.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
- Professional engineering license (e.g., PE or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience in structural design, analysis, and project management within construction or consultancy.
- Proficiency with structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD Pro.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
