Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections on construction sites to assess structural integrity and compliance with safety codes.
- Review project designs and plans to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions needed.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to discuss and resolve structural issues.
- Recommend improvements to enhance the structural performance and longevity of buildings and installations.
- Monitor construction progress and conduct periodic follow-up inspections to ensure compliance throughout the construction process.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in construction materials and techniques, as well as local regulations and safety standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural inspection within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Certification as a Structural Inspector or related professional membership is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections in a fast-paced environment.
