Support in the execution of advisory mandates as well as marketing activities and origination of new business.

Description

Support the Industry & Advisory team in originating and executing advisory mandates and internal administrative, process and reporting requirements, including:

* Preparing pitches and marketing presentations.
* Industry sector research and analysis.
* Financial markets sector research and analysis.
* Interpretation and analysis of financial accounts, both historic and projected.
* Financial modelling
* Advisory execution
* Liaison with Compliance in respect of KYC and CDD requirements
* Liaison with Legal in respect of legal documents review (Engagement Letters and NDUs)
* Liaison with Finance & Control in respect of internal financial performance reporting and invoicing
* Attend client presentations, financial model presentations and other market-related information functions relevant to the position
* Seeking monetisation of transactions using products including Lending & DCM & ESG
* Any other tasks as designated by other team members and local management

* 2-6 years experience in structured finance
* Strong numerical and financial skills and appetite for numbers is essential.
* Strong presentational skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is also required.
* Methodical and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
* Experience of working in a large financial institution or other relevant role in industry, advisor or finance would be desirable.
* Language skills (in addition to English) would be viewed favourably in particular Arabic.
* Education & Qualifications: undergraduate level degree as a minimum.
