Structures Technician

Job description / Role

Structures Technician specializing in composites and rotor blades, will perform inspection, repair, and refurbishment of advanced composite airframe components and main/tail rotor blades, ensuring all work meets stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards for our helicopter maintenance operations.

• 5+ yrs of experience in composite airframe repairs and rotorblade maintenance within a helicopter MRO, military aviation unit, or large OEM environment.
• Hands-on experience with rotor blade inspection and repair is mandatory.
• Approved Trade Course Certificate in Aircraft Structures.
• Familiar with Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, or Sikorsky helicopter platforms.
• Working knowledge of EASA Part145 (or equivalent) standards and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess damage and apply effective repair strategies.
• High level of accuracy in inspection, repair execution, and record keeping.
