Job description / Role
Charterhouse is exclusively working with a large international educational institute that is looking to recruit an exceptional Student Recruitment Executive to bolster their existing team.
This role will require someone that has strong knowledge in international educational market trends and competitor knowledge of schools that board students. As a key player in the team you will want to attract students and their parents to enrol in the organization and will therefore need to be a people person that is able to engage in effective communications with other schools, universities, conferences, fairs and exhibitions. In addition you will need to participate in the Performance Management System as well as be an active and constructive member of the marketing department.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in Business/Education or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have experience in boarding student recruitment as well as sales experience using Salesforce. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and it would be a distinct advantage to be fluent in either Arabic or a European Language.
