Job description / Role
We seek a studio manager with a passion for solving problems. You will have a strong can do attitude and an ability to think outside the box. You understand design and timelines and can therefore turn high level thoughts into a road map. Working closely with the UX/Creative director your main responsibility is to help facilitate the smooth running of all projects within research, analysis, UX, UI, content publishing, HTML and testing. It is vital to understand the process of digital delivery, Scrum and Agile methodology as well as the UX, design and HTML processes. Great written and spoken English is essential as you help manage meetings, documentation, processes and deliveries.
- Educated to degree standard, with a keen interest in design delivery or project management.
- Experience of project and account management in a design / digital media consultancy or similar environment (minimum 4 years).
- Experience in Human-Centred methods for User Experience Design.
- Strong project management skills.
- An understanding of what makes great design - someone with a "good eye".
- An influencer and persuader who is able to effectively brief and support design teams.
- An excellent communicator, people manager and team player.
- A thinker and a doer. A person with vision, enthusiasm, energy and integrity who consistently delivers to high standards and makes things happen.

Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Good at planning, and estimating projects, and ensuring they are well managed.

- Good understanding of digital project teams, Scrum and Agile.
- Understanding of when to organise internal creative reviews at appropriate stages.
- Work closely with UX/Creative Director on all projects to progress and help unblock any problems.
