Studio Manager - Fashion/Ecommerce - Dubai
My client, a leading Retailer in Dubai is seeking a Studio Manager. They require 3 years' experience in a similar role within Ecommerce/ Retail you will be working closely with others in the Studio including the Lead Photographer, Lead Stylist and others. You will be responsible for the management of the in-house studio and the delivery of online imagery and Communicating with internal clients at all levels. You will be the key point of contact for the studio, managing workflow to ensure all assets are delivered on time and to a excellent standard.
You will be coordinating the end to end workflow of the studio, managing volume, product traffic and resource to ensure all products are launched to deadline and to a high standard. You will look after the overall studio, communicating across all levels of the business. Managing the studio calendar, signing off on freelancers, prioritising online product shoots and creative briefs while accommodating varied requirements/
Requirements
You will be Working with the brand teams and you will support creative briefs, providing inspiration from a production and styling perspective and Managing various site changes, working with the Lead Photographer to evolve and refine the ecommerce photography while ensuring brand guidelines are up to date. You will ensure both individual and studio targets are being met and exceeded.
Where possible 2-3 years previous studio management experience is required either in the UAE or worldwide.
