Job description / Role
• Work closely with the course content creator for localizing the existing courses on HR operations and payroll processing as per the processes in the UAE markets
• Review the courses created about Payroll/HR operations for Indian markets and suggest the changes required to localize them for UAE markets
• Suggest changes in the script of the visual courses to localize the content as per the processes existing in the UAE markets
• Review storyboards to ensure that the visuals created convey the desired meaning as given in the script
• Provide resource material if any available to help the learners to understand the subject matter quickly in the form of Forms/templates, Writeups, Process diagrams etc.
• Review the quiz questions to be included in the courses, to ensure that the questions and answers are relevant and have been correctly drafted
• Submit an invoice at the end of each month on the basis of the number of hours spent on the project
Requirements
• Should have relevant professional qualifications such as MBA/BBA HR etc.
• Experience in handling HR/Payroll operations in UAE for at least 5-7 years
• Good command of English and MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Preferably has some idea about the HR/Payroll processes in Indian markets
