Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To be a member of the Subscriber Management team managing portfolio of Subscriber relationships in order to achieve annual targets and objectives of the company and the Business Development Department.

Key responsibilities of this role include delivering corporate sales targets, relationship management, Subscriber support and sector development. This role is the key driver of corporate revenue line and future technology, product and market development that requires a calculated balance of consultative sales, relationship management, performance management and the use of data analytics to drive future developments whilst maintain the overall reputation and image in dealing with Subscribers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

•    Build, manage and constantly nurture Subscribers' relationships, meet revenue target and ensure world-class level of service.
•    Meet sales targets, business targets, engagement strategies, objectives and KPIs as assigned by line manager, consistently with corporate KPIs and section objectives and monitor performance on a quarterly basis.
•    Proactive engagement of the existing and potential Subscriber community to ensure solid relationships and effective delivery of sales targets.
•    Work with the marketing team to manage Subscriber-related public relations, B2B marketing initiative and events.
•    Constantly adopt CRM system and management dashboards to monitor overall and team members performance and KPIs; continuously recommend related improvements and digitization.
•    Periodically monitor and report to line manager assigned Subscriber’s sales and business targets, review actual vs targets and define expected at completion in liaison with Finance on a quarterly basis.
•    Develop Proof of Concept ides along with Data Analytics in order to showcase the value of the company and predictive powers using company’s database for various sectors.
•    Contribute to the activities the strategic planning framework for the company as assigned by the line manager. 
•    Execute plans assigned by the line manager through utilizing all available channels and resources to ensure continuous growth in business offerings, sales and profits. 
•    Perform relationship management/ support activities while fostering a team-based culture, ensuring positive interactions with Subscribers and internal colleagues with the highest level of professionalism and prompt response time to Subscriber needs. 
•    Recommend to line manager market/product strategies to increase adoption, product penetration and cross-sales opportunities. 
•    Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, SLAs and OLAs as assigned by the line manager and PMO.
•    Engage the existing assigned and potential Subscribers for the effective delivery of agreed budgets and targets for sales, and relationship management. 
•    Develop requirements (for IT implementation), analyse, and manage of performance metrics and dashboards. 
•    Develop customized pitch books based on customer 360 view and relevant trends and analyses. 
•    Periodically review Subscriber Management procedures and OLAs to cover service level standards, customer targets throughputs, client-handling standards, etc. and propose to the line manager enhancements for continuous improvement.
•    Systematically gather market and product feedback to conceptualize new products for development. 
•    Innovate for better and improved department and Subscriber efficiencies, productivity, and standardization. 
•    Coordinate with other department and sections to ensure project deadlines are adhered to with constant alignment to business goals and objectives. 
•    Comply with business controls in line with corporate risk assessments to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, maintain confidentiality and minimize impact and likelihood of risks on the organization. 
•    Oversee and manage of projects as per internal PMO assignments and timelines. 
•    Develop strategy, business cases and material for management and stakeholder reviews. 
•    Manage and assess of key vendors that have a large footprint and impact on the continued progress of business development plans. 
•    Comply with company policies and procedures and deliver on any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in consultative sales and business development within the Business Information /Finance Banking sector, Credit Bureau experience would be advantageous as well as experience within the UAE market.
• Corporate relationship experience.
• Held direct revenue targets.
• Proven track record in sales and performance management.
• Knowledge in credit bureau industries.
• Knowledge of technological applications in business environments.
• Knowledge of product review and development.
• Experience in relationship management and support.
• Experience in use of common business software applications.
• Knowledge of commercial agreements and business frameworks.
• Experience in vendor and project management.

Education & Skills

• Educated with at least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Education specialization or master’s degree in business.
• Bilingual in Arabic & English.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels (Subscriber to board).
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
