Subsea Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities

ISS International S.p.A. Abu Dhabi Branch is looking for a Subsea Pipeline Pre-commissioning Engineer. It's required at least five years of experience in subsea projects (O&G industry).

Be responsible for interface with, provide inputs to and review documents issued by the following departments: detail design, interface, installation engineering, fabrication.

Prepare the precommissioning plan, philosophy, specifications and requisitions for the precommissioning activities.

Specify and follow up the procurement, fabrication and mobilization of the installation aids required for the precommissioning activities.

Review and approve the procedures and clarifications/qualifications.

Coordinate the interfaces between equipment spread(s) and the vessels on which they will have to be mobilized.

Supervise the precommissioning activities performed by the precommissioning team on site either on offshore/onshore facilities or on installation vessels.

Assist the Installation Manager for the operation schedule set up and modifications.

Attend meetings with client regarding problems arising from precommissioning and commissioning activities.

Set up the mechanical completion management system following company’s specification and implementation/management of this system during operations.

• Envisaged starting date: April 2025
• Duration: 12 months, liable to extension
• Standard working schedule: 9 hours a day / 5 days a week
• Rotation: resident with 30 holidays per year
• Contract: local employment with work visa and residence permit by company
