Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established organisation who are expanding into leisure and entertainment, with the launch of their first location they are looking to hire a Supervisors to join their team. You will report directly to the Venue Operations Manager.
As Supervisor you will assist the Venue Manager in overseeing all day to day operations. You will be involved in recruitment as well as staff training and evaluations. The Supervisor will be responsible for performance of all activities and making sure to deliver the highest possible customer service to each and every customer. You will plan and oversee events such as birthday parties at the venue. This role will require regular reporting to the Venue Manager such as sales, reviews and inventory.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years’ experience as a supervisor or team leader, overseeing operations at a family leisure or entertainment venue such as a trampoline park. An experience or background within F&B is added value but not essential. This role requires a dedicated, detail orientated, energetic leader. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE or Middle East experience but exceptional candidates will be considered from other locations.
