Supervisor/Assistant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 10k-11.5k AED
Young, Dynamic, Qualified and Experienced Accounting Professional required for a leading Chartered Accountant Firm based in Dubai.
Firm Requirements
Skill Sets
• Good knowledge and practical work experience in the Field of Accounting.
• Well versed with International Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial
• Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-Sized Entities and International Auditing Standards.
• Must be able to review the Internal Controls of the organization, the accounting System and identify and report on the strengths and gaps in the systems.
• Possess good analytical skills should be able to analyze the numbers with the performance of key ratio analysis and its interpretation.
• Must possess good client management skills and able to lead a team of accounting professionals.
• Good knowledge and work experience with latest accounting software of Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Tally, also preferred knowledge and work experience with SAP.
• Should be adaptable to learn new accounting software and be open to challenges
• Must be driven to grow the business and add value to the client.
Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
• To lead a team of accounting staff as Assistant Manager Accounts.
• Review and supervise the work of the Accounts Team.
• Prepare, review and analyze the Management Reports.
• Report to the Partner of the Firm on the Deliverables of the Budget.
• Initiative to grow the business and look for opportunities for new segments of the
• business.
Profile of Candidate
• Quality: Leadership qualities, Good Client and Staff Management Skills, Enthusiastic and Energetic, Adaptable to change and Drive to grow the business.
• Qualification: Masters of Commerce, MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant from India, ICAEW, ACCA.
• Experience: 3-5 years post qualification experience in the Accounting, Finance and preferably Audit and sound knowledge of Information Technology Accounting Software preferably SAP
