Supervisor - Car Rental

Job description / Role

Our client, a Dubai based conglomerate with a fast growing rental division is looking for a department supervisor.

The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Handling customer disputes and administrative routine.
- Guarantee accuracy of documentation and system entry to achieve zero-error records.
- Double-check that the Customer Service team is adequately staffed with competent, motivated and trained professionals to ensure effectiveness of the customer service function.
- Ensure maintenance of the location as per set standards and enhancement of brand image.
- Carry out business practices that are ethical and in line with company policies.
- Provide car rental services that is economical, cost effective, and seamless and that meets the expectation of customers- Provide regular update to the Rental Operations Manager on the business patterns and competition activities in the region. Ensuring exploitation of sales opportunities at the rental location and thereby maximizing of rental revenue. Work closely with the sales team to drive corporate business

Requirements

You should have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Car Rental Supervisor role preferably in an automotive company and holding a diploma or college degree.

Candidate is preferred to have a driving license. Must have an experience being a team leader. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications.

You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team.
