Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job purpose

The purpose of this position is to build strong relationship with enterprise clients to achieve best in class customer services. To act as the point of contact for all the customers operation and delivery issues until a satisfactory. To be vocal contact of customer needs from commercial, technology and operation prospective. In addition to Work with Sales Account Managers to deliver a satisfactory customer experience, ensuring customer communication is paramount. Embedding du vision into reality to achieve long-term objectives.

Requirements

Minimum experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in telecommunication industry
• Good understanding of service management and customer experience
• Experience in Customer Care or Marketing environment
• Experience of team management, ideally in a back office environment.
• High standard of Telecommunications product and service knowledge
• Aptitude for coaching skills
• Call / Trouble Ticket / Work Order handling expertise
• Track record of high standards of performance and delivery of results
• Ability to communicate effectively
• High standard of personal motivation and initiative
• Ability to respond positively to working within a pressurized environment

Minimum education:
• Minimum bachelor degree in business administration (BBA)
Knowledge and skills:
• Excellent understanding of after sale operations and relevant support functions including sales, marketing, KB management
• Strategic thinking and operational planning.
• Must have customer centric approach and focus - internally and externally.
• Strong Customer focus and service approach, process improvement problem solving abilities, people management and negotiation skills
