Supervisor Facility Management – Real Estate

Job description / Role

1. Responsible for the upkeep of Facilities & Utilities in all locations.
2. Close coordination with AMC providers for General Maintenance, Elevators, Fire Safety, CCTV etc. and provide periodic reports on their performance.
3. Conduct regular inspection of leased units (specially occupied by bachelors) to ensure capacity restrictions are being followed and there is no unauthorized activity.
4. Responsible to control and manage the team of Cleaners registered on our payroll and ensure cleaning of all common areas is conducted as per agreed upon schedule.
5. Responsible to control and manage the team of technicians registered on our payroll and ensure maintenance activities are completed on timely basis.
6. Coordinate with the outsourced Security Services team to monitor and control the movements of Residents & Visitors in the building. The security personnel to be guided in terms of regular walkarounds to ensure safety of the premises.
7. Interact and coordinate with tenants on Maintenance issues and other matters such as tenancy renewal & related documentations.
8. Supervise facility maintenance projects assigned to external contractors and ensure timely execution of works.
9. Prepare and track progress of “Priority Tasks List” on an ongoing basis and provide weekly update to all stakeholders.
10. Minimize maintenance cost by scrutinizing the Quotes & Recommendations given by the AMC contractors and other service providers.
11. Visit governmental departments (DEWA/SEWA/Lands Department/Municipality etc.) on a need basis.
12. Supervising Job Card creation
13. Creating SRV's in Kerridge
14. Scheduling and monitoring maintenance vehicle movement on a need basis between sites.
15. Any other related assignments based on business requirements.

1. 3 – 6 years of relevant professional experience in Facility Management - Real Estate
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering (Construction)
3. Valid UAE Driving License

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
