Job description / Role
• Supervise the team of the mechanic working on the site.
• Should have experience in building and assembling machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
• Inspect machines, engines, transmissions et,c. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
• Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
• Performs troubleshooting reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
• Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components
• Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery.
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle users
Requirements
• Experience in repairing heavy equipment like Forklift/Grader/Crane/hydraulics.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts. (up to 3 hours OT)
• Willing to work 6 days a week
• 6 to 7 years of overall experience (At least 1 to 3 years in UAE)
• Ideally from a heavy equipment mechanic background.
• Should be able to communicate in English
• Should have a valid UAE light vehicle license (preferred)
