Job description / Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the property. Your leadership is instrumental in upholding the highest standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction. You will oversee the housekeeping team, manage operations efficiently, and contribute to creating a memorable experience for our esteemed guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing clear direction and support.
- Ensure adherence to the brand standards of cleanliness and service guidelines in all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Address guest concerns, requests, or feedback promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient completion of duties.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with management, providing regular updates on departmental activities and performance.
- Generate reports on housekeeping operations, guest satisfaction, and performance metrics as required.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce proper safety protocols.
- Address any safety concerns promptly and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Uphold the values and reputation of the hotel at all times.
Requirements:
Experience/Certificates/Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
