Supervisor - Steel Door

Job description / Role

- Require basic knowledge of steel doors with hardware fixation details
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality through innovative solutions.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, effectively communicating expectations and addressing any employee concerns.
- Enforce compliance with industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address any production challenges and refine processes.
- Must read key plans and shop drawings
- Must know how to take measurement of structural openings
- Must coordinate with the client to follow up with the project and progress.

- Proven track record of managing production teams, highlighting strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly, reflecting a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a positive work environment and motivating team members to excel.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolutions to challenges.
