Supply Chain Compliance Manager - Dubai
We are currently working with one of the leading luxury goods company across the globe and they are looking to hire a Supply Chain Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE. Your main role is to support procurement related compliance and governance matters, as well as ensuring application of both local and group regulations throughout the supply chain processes. This will include Custom Law, Free Trade Agreement, Consumer Protection, and Free Zone Regulations, amongst other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review Supply Chain purchase orders and subcontracts to ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements;
• Communicate organizational policies/procedures;
• Gather information and appropriate metrics for reporting to management;
• Identify and evaluate areas of improvement for the supply chain operation from legal regulations and local platform;
• Perform and support audit activity;
• Train supply chain stake holders;
• Determine and apply compliance report for the region
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, law degree is an advantage
• More than 5 years’ experience in a similar organization;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ambitious and highly-driven individual;
