This pivotal role will have you overseeing the efficient flow of goods procurement and ensuring timely deliveries while collaborating with suppliers and internal departments. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage supply chain activities to ensure optimal procurement procedures and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts to enable efficient tracking.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements for increased efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for the best prices and terms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Time sensitive and Flexible.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
