Job description / Role
We are a multi-national company in chemical industry looking for a new team member, who will be responsible mainly for the following tasks:
- Managing the supply chain team
- Implementing and following-up the KPI’s for the team
- Continuously improve the processes in customer and purchase order management
- Handling high level customer relations; acts as main contact person for key customers
- Managing the inventory strategy & levels
- Coordination of receivables management of the company
- Coordination of all the 3rd party service providers
- Management of the customer complaints
- Ensure a customer focused environment is created for the SC Team
Requirements
- Managerial experience in supply chain and / or customer service
- Knowledge of business software including Microsoft Office and preferably SAP
