Supply Chain Customer Service representative - Maternity Cover - 1st March 2018 - 1st August 2018

Salary:AED 7000

Region: Role to be based in Jafza. MENA

Position Summary:
Receive, analyze and execute customers’ orders through SAP and close follow up with sourcing units & customer till orders being delivered in Time in Full, in addition fully responsible to manage customer complaints with internal key persons.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Handling all order processing for a defined set of countries and customer:
• Handle Customer orders in countries assigned
• Process sales orders in the system [SAP] as per Company procedures.
• Send the required documents to all customers as per their requirements and obtain their confirmation in a timely manner and keep the shipping details updated.

Working closely with transportation companies and supplying factories in coordinating shipments:
• Process orders via SAP and work closely with supplying units CSRs
• Working with 2 different factories [Holland, France]
• Make booking of all the containers with different forwarders as per the delivery terms ,
• Handling –but not limited to -EX WORK & CFR customers
• Close follow up between all forwarders and factories to make sure all bookings and confirmations are done as per schedule.

Preparation of a variety of documentation required for each shipment:
• After the loading of the orders, check the loading details and make all b/l instruction for CFR forwarders and the invoices for all customers
• Follow up on all original documents with factories to make sure customer receive them before vessel arrival
• Receive all original documents from factories’ CSRs and bill of lading from forwarders, check if all details are in order, make copies for file and send originals to customer on time to enable smooth clearance of containers.
• Coordinating with sales, credit department & customers to ensure that payment are received as per agreed terms.

Salary:
AED 7000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Fixed Salary - Temporary Position

Requirements

Academic:
Must have: Bachelor degree or similar degree in supply chain

Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external):
• Two years customer service and/or Logistics experience in a well known FMCG ,
• French & Arabic Language is advantage & SAP experience will be a plus in “ Order management Module “ , better to have supply chain fundamental knowledge…

Competencies:
• Critical TECHNICAL (Function-Specific) Competencies: good communication skills and organized.
• Critical CORE (General Behavioral and Business) Competencies: conflict management, priority management.
