Job description / Role
Supply Chain Development Centre responsible for Kerui Group supply chain system construction, contains five sub-department supplier development & management dept., price & risk control dept., overseas supply chain management dept. This position is managed together by overseas supply chain management dept. and marketing dept. of the Middle East area.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Sourcing from local market, develop new suppliers and manage the mature suppliers;
• To audit & evaluate the suppliers and compile supplier audit report to help registering or renewing the suppliers in our system;
• Supporting the marketing team to obtain budget offers from suppliers;
• To organize price negotiation & execute purchase order, to trace the order status and help logistics colleague coordinate with suppliers to provide shipping docs;
• To compile RFQ list, PO list, Supplier list and other procurement relative docs.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor degree
• Years of Experience: 3 years above
• Client Experience: Knowing local oil & gas business market
• Technical knowledge: perfect in using MS-Office, have local drive licence
