Position Title: Supply Chain Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits and incentives
Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading distributors of food and beverage in the region
Job Description:
• Manage, supervise, plan, forecast and direct the procurements, logistic and transportation to ensure that all the materials are delivered on time coordinate, organize, and oversee all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company’s goods and services
• Devise and implement group-wide sourcing strategies in local, International and New Markets
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, customers and external vendors to secure advantageous terms and cost reduction without sacrificing quality
• Set up a preferred supplier list with formal agreements in place covering payments, supply, service, quality, reliability, availability, capability and terms
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 50 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in procurement and logistics
• Minimum of 5 years UAE experience in FMCG
• Ability to oversee 3 divisions and manage up to 150 staff
