Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the supply chain operations of the e-commerce business to ensure seamless inventory flow, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. The role involves managing logistics, vendor relationships, and fulfilment processes while aligning with the company’s growth objectives in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Analyse supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Inventory Management:
• Ensure accurate forecasting to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with procurement and merchandising teams to align inventory with demand.
• Utilize technology and analytics tools to monitor inventory in real-time.

Logistics & Distribution:
• Manage relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective transportation.
• Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement last-mile delivery solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Vendor & Supplier Management:
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve favourable agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues proactively.

Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Provide training to team members on best practices and new technologies.

Technology Integration:
• Leverage e-commerce platforms and supply chain management tools for efficiency and scalability.
• Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline processes.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in supply chain technology and apply relevant innovations.

Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to maintain business continuity.
• Implement sustainability practices within the supply chain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Strong understanding of UAE logistics and regulatory landscape.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, and analytics tools.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain metrics.
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and customer expectations.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
