Job description / Role
Supply Chain Officer/Manager Up to 10k AED For A Music And Dance Institute In UAE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage supply chain activities such as inventory control, logistics and distribution, identifying new vendors/suppliers, submitting procurement, logistics and asset reports to Sr. Management
- Expert in building good relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth flow of services
- Manage and monitor all transactions including evaluation, contract management, legal considerations, payment conditions, contractor management, performance evaluation and risk assessment
- Expert in preparing Purchase Orders and Local Purchase Orders as required
- Oversee contract negotiation terms and meet with vendors/suppliers to allow ample opportunity for the identification and early resolution of potential disputes
- Follow rules and correct procedures in managing stocks and company equipments
- Monitor, track, and record all inventory movement within the company branches to ensure the availability of required stock for each branch

Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male, 37 years old and below
- With valid UAE driving license and car
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQURIED:
- BSc/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Finance or a relevant field
- Proven working experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement Coordinator, Analyst or Logistics Coordinator
- Knowledgeable in levels of Supply Chain processes such as inventory planning and warehouse management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- High level communication and negotiation skills
