Supply Chain Specialist (OPSI & Product Inbound Management)

Job Overview:
Guildhall is helping our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to manage OPSI (Operations and Product Supply Integration) and product inbound operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in international supply chain and logistics, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from international sources into the company's supply chain. You will play a critical role in inventory control, product tracking, and coordination with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage OPSI (Operations and Product Supply Integration) processes, ensuring timely and efficient product entry into the supply chain.
-Coordinate and manage all product inbound activities, including order processing, shipping schedules, and receiving procedures.
-Liaise with international suppliers and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with import/export regulations.
-Track shipments and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and meet the company’s operational needs.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams such as procurement, warehousing, and sales to align supply chain operations with business goals.
-Monitor and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to product flow, supplier performance, and delivery timelines.
-Ensure compliance with all international and local regulations, including customs clearance and import/export documentation.
-Assist in resolving supply chain issues and delays, offering creative and efficient solutions.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in international supply chain or logistics, with a focus on product inbound operations.
-Strong understanding of global shipping processes, customs regulations, and inventory management.
-Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working with international suppliers and logistics teams.
-Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
