Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide administrative support and assistance to the line manager on a wide range of assigned tasks, ensuring the required level of confidentiality is maintained to contribute to running of the department to the agreed standard
- Coordinate, track and follow up on departmental correspondence and maintain accurate employee records to ensure service standards; policies and procedures are adhered to
- Greet and assist visitors, answer telephone calls and give appropriate information to callers; screen and route calls and place outgoing calls to ensure prioritization of callers and timely response

Requirements

- To provide administrative support to the assigned department heads to ensure the department and its’ daily activities operate as per the required standards.
- Candidate must have good communication skills
- He or She must have minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Minimum Education Qualification - Graduation
- Strong excel knowledge will be an added advantage
- Arabic speaking candidates would be an added advantage
