Job description / Role
We are looking for a competent Support Services Assistant to provide administrative support in organised and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks related to the account executive’s working life and communication.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and external clients
- Undertake the tasks of processing and creating customer journeys
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Prepare requirements for meetings
- Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals and prepares presentations
- Manage project management pipeline and make sure all clients are responded to or followed-up with
- Provide support for multiple projects across teams
- Min 1-4 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other secretarial position.
- Excellent knowledge of G-Suite
- Proficiency in English, Arabic an advantage
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- A self-starter
- Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
