Position Title: Sushi CDP
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and quarterly incentives
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai, serving international cuisine, healthy breakfast meals, and fresh juices
Job Description:
• Supervise kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef and provide needed support to Sous chef in delivering required standard of food
• Ensure all preparation of the Sushi section is complete and ready for each service
• Ensure good stock and waste control is being practised at all times while being accountable for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
• Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
• Delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices and support them in their development
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year of experience as CDP from a casual dining restaurant serving Sushi
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
