A established Health Club in Dubai is looking to hire a Lifeguard / Swimming Coach Philippine.

This is a salary, plus commission-based full-time job, offering employment visas, medical insurance, over-time, annual paid time off, and other benefits.

Commission on swimming lesson conducted is up to 60% (depending on performance towards targets).

Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.

• Valid Lifeguard Certification is a must.
• Certification in Swimming is a must.
• Understand of pool maintenance.
• Excellent lifesaving skills.
• Comfortable selling swimming lesson packages to members.
• Enjoy meeting people, can deliver great customer service & maintain a good rapport with members.
• Possess strong positive, motivational, & interpersonal skills.
• Communicate effectively and have command of the English language.
• Strong work ethics, confident & professional.
• Self-starter & hold strong organizational skills.
• Flexible to work in the required hours.
• Can work towards targets.
• Good admin skills and knowledge of Microsoft Works.
• Disciplined, hardworking & trustworthy.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
