Employment: Full Time

Our client is a high profile entrepreneur within the region and is currently working with Irwin & Dow on several new roles with their organisation. With a wide range of diversified humanitarian and business interests and this VIP client is an inspiration like no other. This role requires native Arabic speakers with perfect English and is based on a 12 hour working day from 8am-8pm

Operating a busy switchboard and reception you will possess a professional outlook and telephone manner and be extremely courteous at all times. The calls will be general enquires through to those from VIPs and as such every call requires extremely high standards of customer care.

Messages must be taken efficiently via a recording log with the name of the caller, time and the query to ensure a consistent approach. You will also be expected to follow up messages in a timely manner. Guests and visitors are frequently attending the location, so the Operative is required to announce them to the relevant person via telephone and direct them to the correct department.

The role will also require some ad hoc administrative tasks such as assisting with travel bookings, incoming and outgoing post and the organization of couriers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate with have experience of dealing with VIPs and possess a corporate reception or hospitality industry background. You will be well groomed and professional with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent Arabic and English language skills are essential to this role.
