Job description / Role
• To answer calls with minimum rings avoiding callers’ hang off.
• Answering phone calls welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Providing professional and efficient management of visitors, calls and messages based on agreed standards of customer services.
• Screening and directing calls to other staff members by maintaining employee and department directories providing clear accurate instructions
• Providing basic information to callers or refer them to appropriate contacts
• Call waiting staff to attend to any urgent calls.
• Contacts call waiting staff to ensure that their inquiries are properly clear and attended to.
• To ensure low call duration and high call quality.
• To handle calls with highly confidentiality and security as well as to keep in touch with the “Ethics & Compliance” team, in order to maintain a maximum privacy level.
• To cooperate with Digital/IT team to fix any incident system error.
• 99% of incoming calls are attended to
Requirements:
• Good experience in managing customer relations
• Good customer service attitude
• Proven work experience in front desk and reception
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Very good organizational skills
• Good customer services skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Qualification:
• High School or Diploma with at least two years of experience in a similar job.
Technical skills:
• Understanding of client company Know all the employees list with contact details
• Understand the callers needs and attend to their request accordingly
• System operator knowledge
• Ability to learn, Polite, respectful, positive behavior.
