Position Title: System Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 40K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading financial institutions in the UAE.
Job Role:
• Provide L2 technical support, troubleshoot support requests, identify issue, and implement a solution
• Oversee integration development with Microsoft Customer Engagement, peripheral Azure technologies, or third-party application
• Develop or modify programs as per requirement
• Assist in the implementation of security controls and standards
• Provide support in preparation of department performance data and activity report
• Coordinate with vendors and manage the process of acquiring system licenses infrastructure and applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation around existing and new customizations
• Implement ITIL process
Requirements
Requirements:
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent; Certified in Microsoft, PMP, and MS SQL Server
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably from banking/financial institutions
• Should have extensive experience in OData, LCS tools, SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI
• Must have complete knowledge of functionality in D365 F&O , software development life cycle and sure step methodology
• Should be adept in programming in X++, C# with Visual Studio
• Must have experience of integration development with Microsoft Customer Engagement, peripheral Azure technologies, or third-party application, Utilize version control system such as Azure DevOps, Git
• Professional certificate in programming and database administration
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
