System Integration Specialist

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading consultancy seeking an experienced System Integration Specialist to be based in Dubai. This role will involve being responsible for the management and planning of works related to the development of the rails departments System integration and complacence efforts.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the required systems
• Implement processes and procedures
• Assist the construction manager during the tender process to prepare evaluation criteria and notice to tenders
• Control delivery of all contract package objectives – including scope, quality, stakeholders, budgets and environmental compliance
• Direct responsibility for leading the delivery of the ELV systems
• Undertake risk management responsibilities, proactively anticipate and prevent problems before they arise
• Maintain effective communication with the contractor and internal support functions

Requirements

• Must hold a degree in Electrical engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer status preferred
• Minimum of 15 years practical experience in Systems Integration/Assurance
• Previous experience in a client facing role
• Rolling stock experience is essential
