System Support Analyst

Job description / Role

• To receive, review, and validate incoming XML data feeds from various sources in the real estate industry.
• To ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the upload process.
• To monitor and verify successful upload of data, ensuring it is displayed correctly on the website.
• To conduct thorough quality checks on uploaded data/listings to identify and rectify any discrepancies, missing information, or formatting errors.
• To maintain comprehensive documentation of data upload processes, including guidelines, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.
• To collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure that uploaded data aligns with our branding and messaging.
• To ensure the documentation requirements from clients are met.
• To maintain low queue rate and understand the importance of time adherence. to provide training and support to internal teams or external partners/clients.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive information.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Excel for basic data analysis Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in real estate platform operations to understand the essential components of a property listing and what kind of content attracts users.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in Real Estate industry or international Holiday Homes.
