Job description / Role
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the various systems within this global FMCG organization based in Dubai. This is a regional role where you will also be expected to lead certain IT projects and provide technical and functional support to the business.
You must have some form of project management experience along with strong communication skills as you will need to interact with senior leadership. FMCG or Retail experience will be an advantage.
International candidates will be considered for this role and are strongly encouraged to apply - relocation allowance will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* End to end ownership of all front office systems in the organization for the Middle East
* Responsible for independently managing various projects, including but not limited to network upgrades, supply chain, e-commerce and digital
* Responsible for providing L2 support on all front office applications on the network
* Coordinate L3 support with the HQ IT team
* Publish user guides for the usage of the system and also provide regular trainings on the existing and new functionalities of these systems
* Continually seek opportunities to increase user satisfaction and deepen relationships with the users of the systems
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years of experience
* FMCG/Retail experience
* Qualification in Computer Science or Engineering
* Project Management experience and methodologies
* Fluency in English
* Ability to travel across the GCC
* Solid experience and advanced level of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
* Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
* Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, multitask and prioritize work
* The ability to take initiative
* Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
* Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership
